If something is not right with your order, we will make it right.

Returns

You can return a product within 3 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original box with all accessories, and the seal is intact. Faulty products are handled under warranty.

Wrong or damaged item

If you receive a wrong, damaged or incomplete product, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will replace it at no extra cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer.

Not returnable

• Software, licence keys and gift cards.
• Opened ink, toner and consumables.
• Products damaged by misuse.
